Also he would be a complete moron to kill someone in the place where all the girls work, so it's entirely possible it was someone else. So if he was wrong about one girl, he could have been wrong about both.
For example, 'Nerissa' described how he killed 'Faith' in the last scene, and that doesn't go along with the evidence(don't want to retype walls of text, but it's most likely that one girl was killed in Lawrence's appartement with the blooded dagger). Just because Georgie said he killed her, doesn't mean he killed her.
